Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop proposals and execute compensation/rewards projects using deep insights from people data.
  • •Build trusted relationships with client organizations, fulfill timely requests, and coordinate internal stakeholders for end-to-end solutions.
  • •Deliver mid-to-large complexity projects as a team member with on-time, zero rework quality outputs.
  • •Manage projects of mid-large complexity by planning and executing project delivery with team members.
  • •Contribute to thought leadership through content development, research, and industry events; focus on client business development opportunities across hunting and farming.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years post-master’s or 4-5 years post-bachelor’s experience in compensation & benefits, rewards strategy design, job evaluation, incentive design, or talent management projects.
  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related discipline (HR, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, Business Administration) and an MBA/PGDBM from a Tier 1/Tier 2/Tier 3 institute.
  • •Experience with compensation/rewards advisory topics such as pay design, pay structuring, rewards strategy, variable pay, incentive design, and/or talent advisory like organization design and performance management.
  • •Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • •Technical skills in advanced Excel/analytics and (desirable) R, VBA, macros, predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and linear regression.
