Key Responsibilities

•Assist residents with a high standard of clinical, social and emotional care and recognise and meet the specific needs of residents.
•Provide companionship and personal care to residents with varying requirements.
•Be part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring residents and reporting changes.
•Communicate with residents' families, friends and other healthcare professionals.
•Participate in training on digital care systems to transform how care is delivered.

Salary: GBP 13.1 - 14.1 hourly
