Job Summary

Lead, plan, and direct day-to-day airport operations in Shenzhen, overseeing passenger and aircraft handling while ensuring financial, customer service, quality, safety, and security objectives are met. Manage safety and security outcomes, monitor compliance, and handle disruptions including delays, diversions, and emergency response. Coordinate VIP/MAAS, PRM, and special-category guest requirements, manage on-time performance, and ensure delivery against customer service KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Direct and oversee passenger and aircraft handling operations on a management and shift basis, ensuring adherence to checklists, brand requirements, policies, and regulatory requirements.
•Participate in daily operations, working shifts including weekends and/or public holidays as required to deliver the local operation.
•Manage safety and security outcomes through safety/security promotion, hazard identification, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring and reporting.
•Coordinate flight editing and special guest requirements, including assessment, planning, and VIP/MAAS and PRM/special category guest support.
•Deliver on-time performance through management and mitigation of delays, and maintain emergency response, disruption planning, diversion/delay handling, and business continuity plans.

Key Requirements

•Degree level education desirable (A-level or baccalaureate equivalent) or relevant industry experience.
•Minimum 7-9 years relevant experience in a leadership or senior management capacity with exposure to global business best practice.
•Experience managing in a highly pressured, multicultural, shift-based environment.
•Proven ability to lead and drive results, and communicate internally and externally at scale across multiple channels.
•Previous regional or international exposure is highly advantageous.
