Direct and manage high-volume kitchen operations for a branded concept at CityWalk. Lead the back-of-house team to ensure food consistently meets excellence standards, optimize food, beverage, and labor costs, and drive sales and weekly profit goals. Hire, train, schedule, and coach kitchen staff while maintaining inventory, supervising maintenance, and ensuring compliance with food safety, labor, and employment laws.
