Assistant Manager - Engineering - Cold Chain

Lead technical maintenance activities for cold chain plants, coordinating with operations and the HO team across multiple locations. Manage vendors and handle AMC and license renewals, documentation, and audits. Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs for refrigeration systems, MHES equipment, and utilities/electrical/instrumentation assets, while preparing detailed specifications for modifications and installations. Generate reports (COD, temperature, breakdown, incidents) and drive safety training, mock drills, and near-miss reporting.
