Financial Center Manager Associate-North Charleston/Summerville

Lead a structured onboarding and education program that rotates through operations, sales & service, lending, small business, preferred, and sales/operations management to prepare for a Financial Center Manager role. Build strong consumer and small-business relationships using a consultative sales approach, perform Financial Needs Assessments (FNA), and help develop an integrated book of business across channels. Assist in sourcing, coaching, and leading a team, while modeling ethical conduct and supporting community initiatives.
