Job Summary

Assist the BIM Manager in developing and enforcing BIM standards and workflows across live projects, coordinating architectural models with MEP and structural disciplines, and delivering BIM on large-scale rail projects. You’ll perform model setup, troubleshooting, quality checks using Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, and provide guidance to project teams to ensure integrated delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the BIM Manager / Regional BIM lead with BIM standards and workflows on live projects.
•Coordinate architectural models with other disciplines (MEP, Structural) on live projects.
•Support teams in project model setup, troubleshooting, and model maintenance.
•Perform quality checks and clash detection using Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC.
•Assist with guidance and training to project teams on BIM tools and processes.

Key Requirements

•Experience in architectural practice with a focus on BIM.
•Expert-level proficiency in Revit; familiarity with Dynamo, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC.
•Ability to communicate technical detail graphically and effectively.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
•Experience delivering BIM on medium to large-scale architectural projects from design through construction.
