Key Responsibilities

  • •Expedite movement of vehicles, equipment, and Class IX repair parts from receiving through inspection, staging, and warehousing.
  • •Monitor and prioritize items requiring immediate attention or special handling, ensuring proper staging for inspection, accountability, or outbound shipment.
  • •Verify turn-in documents and condition codes match items processed, and track movement status in required Army systems/logs.
  • •Report discrepancies in documentation, property records, or shipment status to supervisors and reconcile shortages/overages/mismatches.
  • •Support outbound shipping by ensuring materiel is staged, packaged, tagged/labeled, and ready for loading, while complying with safety and HAZMAT/environmental standards.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) with logistics or supply coursework preferred.
  • •2–4 years of logistics, supply, or warehousing experience, ideally with Army contractor or SSA operations.
  • •Knowledge of U.S. Army supply/property regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1) and Army accountability/condition codes.
  • •Experience coordinating equipment turn-ins and materiel movement, with ability to interpret turn-in documentation and resolve process errors.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to stage and move materiel using forklifts/pallet jacks (OF 346 forklift/MHE certification preferred).
