Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver assigned customer projects to satisfaction, including deployment, configuration, knowledge transfer, testing, and troubleshooting in the customer environment.
  • •Assist during rollouts, migrations, and go-live phases with a focus on minimizing risk and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • •Perform project risk analysis, report escalated issues, and implement mitigation plans.
  • •Develop understanding of customer objectives and requirements, run technical scoping meetings, and produce statements of work aligned to work breakdown structures.
  • •Create and maintain delivery documentation and technical architecture diagrams (e.g., HLD/LLD, migration plan, test plan), and resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with customer and internal teams.

Key Requirements

  • •9+ years’ experience in LAN/WAN/Internet consulting, support, and/or administration.
  • •8+ years’ experience with network security products.
  • •Experience working as an IT security consultant or architect.
  • •Extensive hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing NGFW solutions (including Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, or Check Point).
  • •Extensive experience designing and deploying Web Proxy and Secure Web Gateway solutions.
