Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead oversight activities across one or more enterprise risk domains, establishing a consistent and forward-looking view of risk across the firm.
  • •Drive enterprise risk synthesis and analysis by identifying concentrations, interdependencies, and emerging issues across businesses, functions, and geographies.
  • •Develop risk insights and reporting for executive leadership, risk committees, and board-level governance forums, and facilitate escalation of significant risk issues.
  • •Collaborate with regional risk teams and control functions (Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit, Technology) to maintain an integrated view of risk and provide independent challenge.
  • •Contribute to continuous improvement by evolving the Enterprise Risk Operating Model, supporting risk frameworks/methodologies/reporting, and strengthening proactive risk management practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, operational risk, non-financial risk, internal audit, risk advisory, risk transformation, or related disciplines, ideally in financial services, asset management, insurance, banking, or consulting.
  • •Ability to independently assess complex risk issues and develop enterprise-level risk perspectives that inform and challenge senior business and functional stakeholders.
  • •Experience working across businesses, functions, and geographies in a complex organization, building relationships and influencing outcomes.
  • •Track record leading cross-functional initiatives involving risk management, governance, regulatory change, business transformation, or operating model enhancement.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Management, or equivalent professional experience.
