Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute work according to safety and legal instructions, and take measures to prevent risks.
  • •Operate and adjust lab extrusion machines to achieve target quality and map optimal machine conditions for scale-up.
  • •Prepare materials (material preparation, weighing, blending) and run/optimize masterbatches for specific customer requirements.
  • •Perform first-line maintenance and assist the technician with resolving more extensive malfunctions; disassemble/reassemble, rebuild shafts, and reconfigure/adjust machines.
  • •Support R&D Lab Technicians in operating pilot lines to verify product performance in the customer’s process; maintain housekeeping in line with ISO, GMP, and safety rules.

Key Requirements

  • •A2 diploma in a technical (e.g., mechanics, electricity) or chemical direction.
  • •Experience as an operator in an extrusion production environment.
  • •Forklift certificate (Heftruck-attest).
  • •Excellent knowledge of Dutch, written and spoken.
  • •Basic knowledge of English.
