Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the end-to-end transition from the legacy risk assessment framework to RCSA across Enterprise Communications & Marketing Technology Experiences processes.
  • •Partner with the business to scope and refine the RCSA inventory, ensuring consistency and alignment across business units.
  • •Ensure adherence to the evolving risk assessment framework for change management and new business initiatives, translating insights into actionable control design recommendations.
  • •Partner with stakeholders to identify emerging risks and recommend control enhancements early in the product lifecycle; provide issue management SME guidance where needed.
  • •Implement AI-leveraged solutions to enhance control monitoring, control analytics, and automated/semi-automated activities for embedded risk identification and assessment.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in operational risk or compliance management (e.g., Risk and/or Internal Audit) and understanding of risk management frameworks and lifecycle activities.
  • •Ability to leverage AI and advanced analytics to modernize risk management, including risk identification, monitoring, and control effectiveness.
  • •Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with and obtain buy-in from senior BU/tech counterparts.
  • •Experience in process governance and establishing decision-making processes aligned to policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify trends (including via AI tools), and evaluate risk scenarios effectively.
