Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Audit and Triage: Conduct a structured assessment of the T&S knowledge landscape, map gaps between documented process and actual practice, and prioritize remediation based on operational risk and usage frequency.
•Design the Information Architecture: Build the structural foundation of the knowledge system, select and administer tooling, set permissions, and maintain integrity as it scales.
•Own the Foundation: Design and implement documentation templates, versioning protocols, review cadences, content lifecycle rules and publishable guidance quality criteria.
•Oversee Downstream Propagation: Maintain a dependency map of knowledge and ensure updates propagate to downstream artifacts to avoid stale content.
•Capture Institutional Knowledge: Develop and run structured methods for extracting undocumented knowledge from experienced team members through interviews, sprints, and shadow sessions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 125,000 annually
