Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage PMC QA/QC activities across the full project lifecycle.
  • •Develop and maintain the project Quality Management Plan, QA/QC procedures, and quality documentation.
  • •Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, specifications, project requirements, and applicable international codes and standards.
  • •Review and approve contractor quality plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and related documentation; monitor EPC/subcontractor performance.
  • •Manage NCRs and quality findings, oversee root-cause analysis/corrective and preventive actions, and coordinate handover-ready close-out actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Minimum 15 years of relevant oil & gas experience.
  • •Experience leading QA/QC in major offshore projects, preferably with ADNOC or other Middle East operators.
  • •Proven PMC/EPCM/EPC environment experience with strong contractor management and client-facing delivery.
  • •Strong knowledge of offshore quality requirements and international codes/standards (e.g., ISO, ASME, API, AWS, NACE/AMPP) including audits, ITPs, NCR management, and corrective actions.
