Key Responsibilities

  • •Define test requirements for IP while minimizing test overhead for design and production.
  • •Transition CFT programs from the Cisco lab to full-scale production in partnership with ASIC Design and OSAT teams.
  • •Lead investigation and resolution of hardware and software test challenges impacting throughput, yield, cycle time, and uptime.
  • •Align OSAT roadmaps and capacity ramp plans with product delivery schedules, and manage production test hardware.
  • •Evaluate and qualify test OSAT sites and oversee qualification activities, plus support Manufacturing Operations with planning and continuous production optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •BSEE (or higher) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering.
  • •5+ years in ATE (Automated Test Equipment) or CFT volume production environments, preferably with high-end compute or networking devices.
  • •Expertise in Linux/Unix, Python programming, and TCP/IP network configuration.
  • •Proven ability to debug/analyze and perform root-cause analysis on manufacturing yield issues, driving issues to closure through optimization and preventive measures.
  • •Familiarity with OSAT operations management, manufacturing processes, and yield optimization strategies.
