Lead Redwood UI adoption, conduct requirement gathering and fit–gap analysis, and configure areas including Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, and OTL. Own functional testing/UAT support, troubleshooting, and post-deployment stabilization while partnering with HR stakeholders and technical teams on integrations, workflows, security, and reporting. Contribute to RFP responses and create training materials.
