Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support Redwood UI adoption across Core HR and Talent Management modules.
  • •Drive requirement gathering, fit–gap analysis, solution design, and module configuration.
  • •Configure and support Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, and Talent Management modules based on business requirements.
  • •Participate in functional testing, UAT support, and deployment activities; troubleshoot and resolve functional issues.
  • •Act as a subject matter expert and support clients through testing phases and post-deployment stabilization, including documentation, training, demos, and RFP contributions.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, especially Global HR and Talent Management.
  • •Experience configuring and supporting Core HR and Talent Management, including Absence Management, Benefits, and Payroll.
  • •Hands-on Redwood UI experience and ability to lead Redwood UI adoption across HCM modules.
  • •Experience with workflows, security configurations, and OTBI reporting.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required; MBA (HRMS) preferred.
