Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and continuously improve the end-to-end Aravo requirements lifecycle from demand intake and analysis through closure.
  • •Serve as central business requirements owner for enhancements, defects, production incidents, regulatory changes, and platform-maturity initiatives; govern intake and structured prioritization.
  • •Elicit and translate cross-functional strategic/regulatory/operational needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, business rules, BDD scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Maintain an authoritative requirements register and prioritized backlog with traceability, documentation, approvals, dependencies, decisions, milestones, and next actions.
  • •Conduct requirements walkthroughs and design-readiness sessions; manage business-to-IT handoff, govern approved scope changes, and support deployment, hypercare, and executive reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in business analysis, requirements management, product ownership, enterprise application delivery, process transformation, or related work.
  • •End-to-end ownership of requirements lifecycle for complex enterprise platforms/products/program transformations.
  • •Advanced experience eliciting, analyzing, documenting, validating, prioritizing, approving, and governing complex business and functional requirements.
  • •Strong ability to create user stories, functional requirements, business rules, process flows, behavior-driven scenarios, and testable acceptance criteria.
  • •Experience with demand-intake, triage, prioritization, backlog governance, and requirements-approval processes, including requirements quality, definition of ready, traceability, change control, and scope/dependency management.
