Production Hourly

Join the production team to safely process poultry products on the line. In this hands-on role, you’ll cut, trim, package, and/or inspect items while following USDA and Pilgrim’s food safety and quality standards. You’ll operate equipment, report malfunctions and safety concerns, maintain a clean and organized work area, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
