Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the Finance PMO change management methodology, including scalable frameworks, standards, tools, and reusable artifacts.
•Lead holistic portfolio change strategies and end-to-end change management for high-visibility PMO initiatives, including impact assessments, communication plans, stakeholder engagement, training, and readiness.
•Identify and manage change saturation risks across concurrent programs, balancing sequencing and pacing to protect adoption outcomes.
•Lead, develop, and retain a team of direct reports, setting performance expectations, coaching, and managing capacity and prioritization.
•Drive GenAI adoption and technology enablement in FinOps by designing adoption pathways and upskilling programs, and reporting on adoption metrics.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in change management, organizational change, or transformation enablement, including 3+ years leading change for large-scale cross-functional programs in a Finance or technology environment.
•Proven ability to design and implement change management frameworks, methodologies, and toolkits from scratch.
•Deep understanding of core Finance processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, and Planning/Budgeting/Forecasting) and the change dynamics of Finance transformations.
•Demonstrated experience leading Finance technology adoption initiatives, including enterprise systems (ERP), AI, and automation.
•Demonstrated experience managing and developing a team of direct reports, including performance management and coaching.
