Legal Counsel (Live Productions, US / UK Qualified)

Own and manage legal workstreams for live productions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements across content development, event production, distribution, marketing, sponsorship, and talent engagements. Provide risk identification and mitigation guidance to production and business teams across multiple jurisdictions, conduct legal research, and deliver clear advice to stakeholders. Support compliance efforts (including IP, data privacy, and regulatory matters) and help with incident management and dispute resolution.
