Job Summary

Develop and execute customer plans across your region to optimize volume, distribution, and profitability. Drive growth in new and existing accounts by maximizing profit and throughputs, building strong relationships with customers, wholesalers, and stakeholders. Create robust 1–3 year account plans, evaluate investment and promotional activity using value management principles, and manage debt risk and cash flow while tracking customers through My District.

•Develop and execute customer plans to optimize total Volume, NR and GP, including GP/HL.
•Meet business objectives in new and existing accounts by maximizing profit and distribution to increase product throughputs.
•Build and develop relationships with customers, wholesalers, and stakeholders to create mutually beneficial business plans.
•Achieve profit and sales growth targets within budgeted timeframes while growing share range and distribution.
•Develop and deliver 1–3 year account plans, evaluate investment and promotional activity, and manage debt risk and cash flow while tracking customers through My District.
