Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and maintain data feed processes, calculations, and regulatory/management reporting (including meaningful analysis).
  • •Improve and harmonize processes across data analysis, assumption setting, actuarial models, and the control framework.
  • •Enhance business partnering solutions via dashboarding to steer the life business with clear messages to stakeholders.
  • •Participate in committees (e.g., reserving committee/smart circle meetings/product committee), linking portfolio analysis to real-world observations and product features.
  • •Contribute to new projects such as M&A, process improvements, and implementation of new technology.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a proactive, pragmatic attitude with a track record of executing projects.
  • •Hold a master’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, other quantitative fields, or data science.
  • •Have 3+ years of experience in actuarial reporting and/or data analytics (data engineering and model development a plus).
  • •Manage different stakeholders, from the Board of Management to direct colleagues, and communicate fluently in English.
  • •Have experience with software languages (preferred Python/R/C++/WTW RA FM) to handle and analyze large datasets or model actuarial cash flows.
