Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor assembly completion using firing order and establish sequence and lead time to meet shipping dates according to CODD.
  • •Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data to calculate manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.
  • •Plan and schedule workflow for each department and operation based on established manufacturing lead times.
  • •Create production orders on time based on firing order, check available assembly, and incorporate into the production schedule.
  • •Expedite delayed operations, adjust schedules for unforeseen conditions, provide weekly planning reports, and lead a team of planners while adhering to site EHS practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience.
  • •Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
  • •In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • •Excellent understanding on ERP system (SAP; PELICO is an advantage).
