Key Responsibilities

•Drive engineering projects to completion focused on business impact and goals.
•Solve tough technical problems while staying current with advances in the space.
•Collaborate with engineers, analysts, data scientists, and product managers to improve the monetization experience.
•Help maintain operational stability of the marketplace and underlying microservices.
•Architect and build software components to support a fast-growing user base and optimize monetization outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
•4+ years of industry experience in software engineering.
•3+ years of industry experience working on backend development.
•Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
•Fluency in at least one major programming language; experience using databases such as Postgres and DynamoDB (Go, Scala, and Python are used in the stack).
