Key Responsibilities

  • •Elevate e-commerce search recommendation services and models to drive search traffic and improve user search and purchasing cognition.
  • •Optimize end-to-end recommender system components, covering recall/first-stage ranking through final-stage ranking.
  • •Develop hyperscale machine learning recommender systems using large-scale modeling techniques.
  • •Advance short-text and general recommendation technology, emphasizing the interaction between recommendation and NLP.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor or advanced degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
  • •Excellent coding skills with solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
  • •Strong analysis, modeling, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract key insights from complex data.
  • •Publication records in top journals or conferences are a plus; ACM-ICPC medal experience is a plus.
  • •3+ years of machine learning experience is preferred.
