Job Summary

Drive deal closure and growth in Asia Pacific by presenting the MariaDB/GridGain portfolio and designing database-centric solutions for client needs. Partner closely with sales to reach and assess pain points, manage stakeholders from CIO/CTO/CXOs to DBAs, and run end-to-end sales cycles. Create SOWs with technical teams and support RFP/RFI efforts, PoCs, and customer presentations, while traveling as needed.

•Work directly with customers, partners, and sales leadership to bring deals to fruition across the sales cycle.
•Leverage sales acumen and enterprise technology expertise to assess client needs and propose best-fit solutions.
•Manage stakeholders at all levels, including CIOs/CTOs/CXOs and DBAs, through complex engagements.
•Create SOWs with the help of the technical team and support development/prep for presentations, web conferences, white papers, workflows, and RFP/RFI documents.
•Travel as needed to support sales efforts and help drive deal closures, including conference booth travel when required.

Key Requirements

•8 to 10 years of hands-on Senior Sales Engineer experience.

•Experience working on complex customer PoC engagements.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; English fluency is mandatory.
