Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, manage, and evolve products and capabilities supporting multiple customers and stakeholders.
  • •Capture operational needs from customers and end-users, translate requirements, and shape capability enhancements.
  • •Support contract and scope change activities, including impact assessment, technical analysis, and solution development.
  • •Collaborate with Integration, Verification & Validation (V&V), software, hardware, and operational teams to deliver capability successfully.
  • •Manage technical change in a model-based, digitally-enabled engineering environment and develop mission/support system requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Systems engineering experience in Defence, aerospace, communications, software-intensive, or other complex engineering environments.
  • •Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and systems modelling/tooling experience.
  • •Ability to engage with customers and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • •Experience managing engineering lifecycle activities for complex systems.
  • •Experience working within a multidisciplinary environment to define, develop, integrate, and support system solutions across lifecycle stages.
