Job Summary

Lead HR and SHEQ across Central Asia as a member of the regional leadership team. Define and execute regional HR strategy, partner with business leaders on workforce planning and transformation, and build talent through succession, performance, and learning initiatives. Foster an inclusive, safe, people-centric culture while driving safety culture, risk management, audits, and continuous improvement. Manage a regional HR & SHEQ team using HR/SHEQ analytics and KPIs to improve operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute regional HR strategy aligned with business goals and the People & Leadership Council strategy.
•Partner with business leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and business transformation.
•Build leadership pipeline via talent management, succession planning, performance management, and learning initiatives.
•Foster a high-performance, inclusive, people-centric culture supporting engagement, wellbeing, and retention.
•Lead and develop the regional HR & SHEQ team; drive SHEQ/safety culture, risk management, audits, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with Epiroc Way, local legislation, and ISO standards.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•8–10+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in industrial, mining, manufacturing, or multinational environments.
•Experience leading regional or multi-country HR organizations.
•Strong exposure to SHEQ, HSE, or safety-focused operations and ability to lead the regional SHEQ function.
•Proven HR governance, compliance, organizational development, and workforce planning experience.
•Fluency in English and Russian; knowledge of Kazakh or Uzbek is an advantage.
