Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete daily warehouse core and support activities on time and in full, including unloading, receiving, picking, staging, shipping, and special orders.
  • •Support quality control activities as part of daily warehouse operations.
  • •Propose and lead process improvement initiatives across warehouse activities.
  • •Ensure safety measures and warehouse rules are known and obeyed by all employees.
  • •Take accountability for core and support activities and propose action plans when results aren’t met.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years experience in a distribution or fulfillment center setting
  • •Ability to work physically for extended periods, including standing, moving, and lifting up to 49 lbs (22kg) in variable temperatures

  • •High school diploma or equivalent
