Job Summary

Design and build an AI-native migration product that helps users move data, configurations, and workflows onto the platform with minimal manual intervention. Use coding agents to scaffold migration scripts, generate/validate transformation logic, and enable automated testing and validation. Leverage BA agents to analyze customer environments and surface edge cases, then turn migration learnings into reusable automation, while collaborating across engineering teams to meet quality, security, scalability, and maintainable design goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and build an AI-native migration product that moves data, configurations, and workflows onto the platform with minimal manual intervention.
•Use coding agents to accelerate migration development from scaffolding scripts to generating and validating transformation logic.
•Integrate coding agents into the product to support customizations, automated testing, and validation of migration processes.
•Use BA agents to analyze customer environments, extract migration requirements, and surface edge cases before they become blockers.
•Help establish agile engineering practices for AI-assisted, agentic development; identify bottlenecks/bugs and plan feature development and engineering roadmaps.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of software engineering experience using one or more high-level programming languages (C#, Java, Python, Rust).
•Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and architectural design patterns.
•Strong knowledge of multithreading, synchronization, and asynchronous programming.
•Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms, and experience across the software development life cycle.
•Able to produce well-tested, high-quality code with curiosity/hands-on experience using coding agents and AI-assisted development.
