Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the ongoing effectiveness of SPT’s financial and financially impacted systems to support accurate reporting, strong controls, and efficient processing.
  • •Support and enhance finance systems by working with Finance, IT, and external partners on system improvements, new functionality, and efficient business processes.
  • •Capture and analyse business requirements; coordinate project delivery; support system testing, implementation, and business readiness activities.
  • •Provide finance systems subject matter expert support by resolving user queries and promoting best practice through training, guidance, and process documentation.
  • •Drive continuous improvement across data quality and system performance; support system releases and work with stakeholders to ensure systems meet operational and strategic requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience as a finance systems analyst, business analyst, or in finance operations.
  • •Experience supporting an ERP or financial management system, including implementation and ongoing business support.
  • •Ability to gather, document, and validate business requirements, and map end-to-end processes to identify improvements.
  • •Strong written and oral communication skills, including simplifying technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and running workshops/training sessions.
  • •Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in finance, accounting, business, IT, or a related discipline; professional accounting qualifications are advantageous.
