Lead and deliver large, backlog transportation projects in Utah as the technical lead and project manager. Oversee engineering design across roadway, highway, bridge, traffic and transit disciplines; coordinate multidisciplinary teams; manage scope, schedule, budget and risk; mentor junior engineers; support proposals and client presentations while ensuring compliance with federal/state standards.
