Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end layout execution for analog, mixed-signal, custom digital blocks, and full-chip integration for HBM products.
  • •Own full-chip technical decisions across analog, digital, memory, ESD, EM/IR, optimizing performance, power, and area (PPA).
  • •Plan and drive project execution for area/time estimation, scheduling, task delegation, and milestone tracking across concurrent programs.
  • •Perform and oversee layout verification activities (LVS, DRC, antenna checks) and ensure closure with documentation and audits.
  • •Lead and mentor the layout team; conduct design reviews and drive productivity improvements through AI/automation while collaborating with global cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

  • •18+ years of analog/custom layout experience in advanced CMOS processes, including full-chip integration decisions for HBM products.
  • •4+ years developing teams with experience leading multiple custom IC layout projects and tape-out.
  • •Hands-on layout expertise in critical memory/analog and mixed-signal blocks (e.g., arrays, decoders, control logic, IOs, PLLs, ADCs/DACs, LDOs, comparators, differential amplifiers).
  • •Proficiency with Cadence VLE/VXL and Calibre DRC/LVS, plus strong skills in layout, floorplanning, and manual routing.
  • •Ability to run project planning, scheduling, task delegation, and closure of LVS/DRC/antenna checks with proper documentation and audits.
