Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and take overall responsibility for major incidents or P1/P2 incidents as an interface between the customer and NTT DATA remote operations for assigned locations.
  • •Perform end-to-end network troubleshooting with NOC remote support according to documented procedures.
  • •Conduct root-cause analyses for major incidents or P1/P2 incidents, and execute approved standard changes aligned with customer and NTT DATA.
  • •Handle escalated customer requests and provide local support for customer network issues, including approved maintenance (patching and configuration changes).
  • •Monitor L1 activities across one or more locations, provide guidance, solve incidents/requests, and escalate complex issues to the right teams while maintaining IMAC administration and the CMDB.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent German and English (at least Berlitz Level B2).
  • •Solid intermediate networking knowledge including routing, switching, and VLANs.
  • •Knowledge of relevant infrastructure components and techniques such as firewalls, VPNs, and access control.
  • •Experience troubleshooting and delivering onsite support in network/data center/system/monitoring services within a medium-to-large ICT organization.
  • •Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and documenting checks and resolution steps, including escalation handling.
