Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the global workforce strategy view for the practice, aligned to business priorities, growth plans, delivery models, and talent strategy.
  • •Monitor and improve global talent health across capability depth, critical skills, pyramid health, productivity/utilization, mobility, attrition risk, ramp readiness, and leadership succession exposure.
  • •Govern practice-level talent health priorities and cross-regional alignment, including escalation and decision-point support.
  • •Create workforce insights and recommendations using data-driven scenario modeling and executive narratives, including risks, options, tradeoffs, and actions.
  • •Align global practice priorities with Regional SWM execution plans and govern workforce planning cadences, dashboards, and leadership forums.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience in Strategic Workforce Management, Talent Supply Chain, Workforce Planning, Talent Strategy, Delivery Operations, or related leadership roles.
  • •Experience operating in global, matrixed consulting, technology, professional services, managed services, or delivery organizations.
  • •Ability to translate business strategy, client demand, and workforce data into actionable workforce recommendations.
  • •Strong understanding of global delivery models, workforce economics, skills-based planning, staffing models, and talent supply strategies.
  • •Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive alignment across global and regional teams.
