Key Responsibilities

•Develop and optimize Camera HAL (Camera3) and EVS HAL integrations so they reliably connect to the hardware and tailor the Android HAL layer.
•Collaborate with app developers to ensure compatibility with Camera2 API and EVS-based applications.
•Work with system software engineers to process remote camera streams and integrate them with the Android camera framework.
•Handle remote streams using RTSP, RTCP, and WebRTC, delivering received streams to Camera HAL or higher layers.
•Develop vehicle camera applications including dash cam and surround view, collaborating with UI/UX and embedded teams for reliable performance.

Key Requirements

•Experience developing Camera3 HAL
•Experience developing Android applications using Camera2 API
•Understanding of EVS HAL and experience developing integrated apps
•Understanding of real-time streaming protocols including RTSP, RTCP, and WebRTC
•Experience integrating remote streams with the Android camera pipeline
