Key Responsibilities

  • •Process vendor invoices by ensuring proper coding, approval, and timely payment.
  • •Review, validate, and process employee travel and expense (T&E) reports, including reimbursement.
  • •Reconcile corporate credit card transactions and ensure expenses are documented and policy compliant.
  • •Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready records for AP and T&E transactions, including audit trails.
  • •Support month-end close with accruals, account reconciliations, and variance explanations, and assist auditors with requested reports and transaction-level support.
