Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply the TPRM formula-based inherent risk methodology and assign criticality designations for standard third-party relationships, documenting inputs, rationale, and evidence.
  • •Perform completeness and consistency checks on intake information, calculations, and assessment records; identify missing/unclear items and escalate exceptions.
  • •Gather, organize, and maintain third-party documentation and route SME reviews based on defined risk triggers; track and document completed SME assessments.
  • •Support remediation of identified gaps based on defined risk triggers, coordinate with third parties for lower-risk items, and escalate high-risk/critical/overdue or judgment-intensive gaps.
  • •Compile assessment and remediation status data and prepare routine status updates and supporting materials for internal stakeholder reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) or Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
  • •Demonstrated experience performing substantive risk assessments using formula-based or quantitative methodologies.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Cybersecurity, Business, or Information Systems).
  • •Ability to use a TPRM platform, interpret intake data, Data Level classifications, and inherent risk scoring logic.
  • •Operational understanding of control frameworks and third-party regulatory requirements (e.g., NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SOC 2, DORA, GDPR, FedRAMP, PCI-DSS).
