Key Responsibilities

  • •Own assigned shifts across warehouse (and kitchen, if applicable), including safety/cleanliness, quality, and training.
  • •Maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and other assets to prevent loss or theft.
  • •Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately, communicate when issues arise, and keep Dasher pickups running smoothly.
  • •Guide Operations Associates through shifts to ensure safe, productive work and act as the daily escalation point.
  • •Support continuous improvements by contributing ideas to enhance quality and customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven success in food and beverage, warehouse, and/or retail environments.
  • •Ability to work in fast-paced, physical environments, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and operating a pallet jack/hand truck.
  • •Obtain and maintain a food handling certificate (DoorDash provides training).
  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent (college diploma preferred but not required).
  • •Strong organization skills and proficiency with Google Docs and Google Sheets.
