Job Summary

Provide end-to-end legal counsel for US Government and international contract matters within Anduril’s Deal Team. Help execute and grow government contracts using federal procurement law, manage relationships with procurement stakeholders, oversee acquisitions lifecycle activities (proposals, negotiations, compliance, risk), and handle a range of legal issues including licensing/services agreements, bid protests/litigation, IP, and compliance for advanced defense technology programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a key member of a small Legal Team supporting contract lifecycle activities.
•Drive customer growth by executing new government contracts, growing existing ones, and supporting strategy for new business.
•Manage relationships with procurement office representatives at Government agencies and foster high-trust partnerships.
•Provide legal counsel and oversee the acquisitions lifecycle, including proposals evaluation, contract monitoring, negotiations support, performance issue resolution, risk/mitigation, and compliance.
•Handle legal matters across the business such as negotiating license and services agreements, bid protests and litigation, deal-related IP, compliance, and employment matters while coordinating with outside counsel and stakeholders.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 218,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience handling US Government or international contracts matters, ideally with a law firm or in-house at a government contractor.
•Solid understanding of the government procurement process, including contract vehicles/types, CAS coverage, software acquisition approaches, and data rights issues.
•Ability to own multiple projects end-to-end and guide cross-functional teams through deal lifecycles while handling unexpected legal issues.
•Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
•Licensed to practice law in CA, DC, OH, or VA, and must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
