DC Training Associate, 2nd & 3rd shift

Help deliver effective training programs in a Ferguson distribution center by leading orientation, running on-the-job training for new hires and existing associates, and coaching teams on warehouse safety requirements. You’ll complete one-on-one training on job-specific operations and WMS processes, audit adherence to training standards and SOPs, and manage Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) training, including certification, recertification, and accident retraining.
