Job Summary

Partner with customers and internal teams to deploy the Samsara IoT platform and drive fast time to value. Own launch planning, roadmap creation, and implementation tracking for product adoption and account health. Deliver training, demonstrate technology, and help customers and day-to-day users overcome challenges across diverse use cases, while communicating effectively with executives and technical stakeholders.

•Manage multiple customer engagements in parallel and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

•Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence for a demanding, high-visibility role.
•Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution; must be based in Mexico or willing to relocate.
