Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training.
  • •Maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and other assets to prevent loss or theft.
  • •Guide Operations Associates through their shift to ensure safe, productive work and act as the point of escalation for daily operations.
  • •Support operations in both the warehouse and kitchen, leading by example and ensuring a positive, safe atmosphere.
  • •Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
