Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a delivery-center point of contact for risk queries, support, and guidance across risk domains.
  • •Oversee implementation of the AZ Outsourcing & Third-Party Risk Management Policy for assigned entities across AZ Group.
  • •Perform TPRM/outsourcing assessments aligned with Risk, Data Privacy, Legal, and Security.
  • •Contribute to internal/external audits for TPRM and prepare vendor-management reports/dashboards for senior management.
  • •Own TPRM/outsourcing governance controls, maintain third-party inventory documentation, and manage quality assurance over RCA/control documentation and testing results.

Key Requirements

  • •2-4 years of professional experience in risk management (operational, IT, project, outsourcing/vendor, or business risk).
  • •Relevant experience in third-party risk management/outsourcing/vendor management/procurement (a plus).
  • •University degree in Engineering, Legal, Business, Economics, or a similar field required.
  • •Fluent English (written and spoken) with strong communication and conflict management skills.
  • •Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of ORGS/Open Pages and/or ServiceNow is a plus.
