Job Summary

Oversee finishing tasks across construction projects, coordinating with design teams while managing schedules, budgets, procurement, and material inspections. Serve as the liaison between contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and owners—reviewing shop drawings, supervising key construction works, and ensuring interior and exterior finishes meet specifications and building codes. Maintain progress and change-order records, report daily/weekly to the line manager, and resolve on-site issues to drive quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Create detailed finishing schedules by reviewing design specifications with the team.
•Develop and manage the finishing budget, tracking expenses and variances.
•Source, procure, and inspect materials to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
•Coordinate contractors, owners, designers, and suppliers; secure samples, review offers, and provide regular updates.
•Oversee construction implementation and finishing works (e.g., facades, plastering, painting, woodwork, MEP/HVAC, landscaping, pool), including reviewing shop drawings, maintaining records, enforcing safety, and submitting daily/weekly progress reports.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
•12+ years of professional experience in project management for high-end projects, including budgets and procurement.
•PMP certification (or equivalent) is preferable.
•Proficiency using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and project management software.
•Arabic speaking is required.
