Facilities Management Coordinator (QA)

Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations and preventive maintenance for building systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Manage maintenance scheduling, vendor and contractor relationships, facility budgets, and improvement initiatives such as energy conservation and space optimization. Maintain facilities management documentation and policies, lead inspections and audits, and support HSE activities including incident reporting aligned with IMS policies.
