Job Summary

Lead end-to-end HR transformation projects within Global Employee Services (GES), bridging HR strategy and operational execution. Own project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of objectives across process improvements, system implementations, organizational change, and shared services transformation. Partner with senior stakeholders to drive project governance, manage risks and escalations, and provide status updates and documentation that support continuous improvement and better employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end HR projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of objectives.
•Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
•Engage and manage key stakeholders to ensure alignment, effective communication, and successful outcomes.
•Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while managing changes and escalations.
•Run project governance meetings, provide status updates, and ensure quality delivery through documentation and process adherence.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•10+ years of experience in project management, preferably within HR, HR Operations, or HR Shared Services.
•Proven experience leading large-scale HR transformation, operational excellence, or organizational change projects.
•Experience working with global and virtual teams across multiple regions and cultures.
•Strong stakeholder management, communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills, with proficiency in project management methodologies, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
