Job Summary

Serve as a Retail Personal Banker I in a Financial Center, using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify customer needs and drive new relationships. After a 4–8 week onboarding program with rotations and certification, process teller transactions and support platform staffing. Use CAMP and marketing tools to set appointments, cross-sell retail products, guide CSR referrals, and collaborate with business partners such as Mortgage and Small Business.

•Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and perform outside sales activities, including community financial literacy events.
•Participate in consumer loan and bankcard processing, owning sourced loans from application through closing, and support opening/closing processes as directed.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new consumer and small business customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•Ability to develop working knowledge of retail policies and procedures to make sound decisions.
