Key Responsibilities

•Define and lead strategy, vision, and roadmap for Maujual’s growth marketing and 360 marketing efforts.
•Lead store launch campaigns including activations, press releases, and partner presence.
•Oversee performance marketing with oversight for paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, and optimize spend.
•Oversee content marketing for social media and content creation; manage CRM program development and lifecycle campaigns via WhatsApp and email.
•Coordinate with CS and tech to operationalize CRM triggers and POS contact capture; evaluate campaigns and iterate based on metrics.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role.
•Omnichannel marketing experience spanning offline, digital, and CRM.
•Understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads (PMax/SEM), and TikTok Ads.
•Proven ability to manage vendors, agencies, and creative teams
•Strong written communication in Bahasa Indonesia; English for internal docs
