Job Summary

Own full-cycle recruiting for finance and accounting roles, partnering with Finance & Accounting leadership to define requirements and craft compelling value propositions. Build a strong talent pipeline, manage ATS-driven funnel reporting, and represent Anduril’s brand across external and internal stakeholder touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct in-depth interviews and technical assessments for corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, tax, treasury, and internal audit candidates.
•Engage passive finance and accounting candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals, SOBO campaigns, and finance professional networks and events.
•Partner with Finance & Accounting leadership (CFO, VP of Finance, Controllers) to define role requirements and create tailored value propositions.
•Build and manage a diverse talent pipeline, ensuring a positive candidate experience from outreach through offer acceptance.
•Represent Anduril’s brand externally and internally and leverage market insights to sell the company’s value proposition to top-tier finance talent.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60 - 75

Key Requirements

•5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on finance and accounting roles (FP&A, general accounting, audit, tax, treasury, strategic finance).
•Experience running competency assessments and evaluating finance capabilities such as GAAP/IFRS, financial modeling, audit processes, cost accounting, and strategic planning.
•Deep understanding of finance and accounting, including relevant certifications (CPA, CFA, CMA) and familiarity with planning/ERP systems (NetSuite, Workday, Anaplan, advanced Excel).
•Ability to manage strategic stakeholder relationships with finance leaders and hiring managers, including profile calibration and transparent pipeline reporting.
•Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
